Candidate must possess strong skills in the areas of word processing, use of spread sheets, and in software data management.

SCIO CENTRAL SCHOOL will accept applications for the following anticipated vacancies for the 2021-22 school year:
TEACHING:
- 7-12 English Teacher – NYS Certification in 7-12 English
- 7-12 Science Teacher– NYS Certification in Earth Science, additional Certification in Chemistry and/or Physics preferred
- 7-12 Spanish Teacher– Long-term Substitute (10/21-12/21) – NYS Certification in 7-12 Spanish

SUPPORT STAFF:
- BUS DRIVER/MECHANIC – Eight hours per day, 12-month position, salary will commensurate with experience plus benefits. Knowledge and experience with diesel engines preferred. C.D.L. (Bus Driver’s) License must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
- BUS DRIVER/BUS ATTENDANT (10-Month)
- SUBSTITUTES –ALL AREAS (Teacher Aides, Food Service Helpers, Bus Attendants, Cleaners)
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must meet minimum Allegany County Civil Service requirements.
