Important Information

NYS Certified Teacher: CA BOCES provides a NYS Certified teacher for the courses offered through CA BOCES Moodle and a NYS Certified instructor to act as course supervisor and mentor for students enrolled in courses considered Independent Study Electives. For additional support in Core Courses and Credit Recovery, it is required that the local district also provide a NYS Certified teacher onsite that can assist the student during the school day as necessary, act as course supervisor, and act as Teacher of Record.
