The Finance Division of Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES provides numerous services and functions to both our internal and external customers. Our offices are located at the C-A BOCES Center at Olean, 1825 Windfall Road, Olean, NY. The Finance Division also includes two (2) Central Business Offices, one located at the Elm Street Academy, 24 Elm Street, Cuba, NY and the other at the C-A BOCES Center at Olean, 1825 Windfall Road, Olean, NY.
