CA BOCES Update – November 3, 2021

We recently received notification from the Allegany County Department of Health (ACDOH) that cases of COVID-19 were identified at the CTE Center at Belmont. Proper contact tracing and testing is currently in progress and, as a result, impacted students, parents, and teachers will be contacted by the ACDOH.

Starting Wednesday, 11/3, a single impacted program will move to a virtual format for the rest of the week. All program parents and students have been notified concerning this schedule change. If no communication was received — your/your student’s schedule will remain unchanged. A regular schedule for that program will resume on 11/9/21. Our CTE Centers at both Ellicottville and Olean are not impacted and will follow their regular schedule and our regular health practices — social distancing, masking, and regular sanitizing — will continue at all CA BOCES locations. Should you have questions or a need for more information please contact Mr. James Schifley, Assistant Superintendent for CTE at (716) 376-8371
