Freedom of Information Law (“FOIL”)

Access to records of the Cattaraugus-Allegany-Erie-Wyoming Board of Cooperative Educational Services (“CA BOCES”) shall be consistent with the rules and regulations established by the New York State Committee on Open Government and will comply with all the requirements of the New York State Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
