Leadership Team – 2026
Thursday, July 30th – Friday, July 31st
Join us for a two-day leadership retreat designed specifically for superintendents and their teams. This retreat is an opportunity to invest in your leadership skills, collaborate with colleagues from other districts, and develop strategies for driving positive change in education. Each leadership team will have six hours of dedicated planning time in a semi-private space to work on district-specific initiatives. You’ll have ample networking time to connect with colleagues and discuss the challenges and opportunities of education leadership. This retreat is open to superintendents and their teams from all CA BOCES regional school districts.

These are 30-minute informational briefings (with flexibility for more time if desired) designed to provide quick, focused insights into current issues impacting schools across New York State. Meet the Keynote Speakers
One of the wonderful advantages of our region working together to offer a leadership retreat is the opportunity to engage in shared learning while also having time to meet privately with your leadership team. Each year, we seek out authors and speakers who can share their messages with leaders from our region. We hope our shared learning provides opportunities for regional conversations as well as individual inspiration for leaders and leadership teams.
