These assumptions often paint entire age groups with broad, inaccurate strokes, undermining collaboration and innovation in school district leadership and operations. With Millennials comprising the largest segment of today’s workforce and Generation Z entering in increasing numbers, it is essential for educational leaders to separate myth from reality. This training offers some entertaining information, practical strategies and key focus areas to help school leaders foster productive, dignified, and multi-generational collaboration. Participants will leave with tools to identify and challenge generational biases, enhance cross-generational communication, and build inclusive, future-ready teams that reflect the diversity and complexity of today’s educational environment. |
