-Each substitute teacher shall keep a record of attendance and follow the lesson plans provided by the teacher.

-Each substitute teacher shall summarize in writing the materials covered during the absence of the regularly assigned teacher. These should be more comprehensive if the teaching assignment is an extended one.  Please leave for the classroom teacher.

-Each substitute teacher must qualify for, or have on file, a regular teaching certificate prior to being eligible for certified rate of pay.

-Each substitute teacher shall report to the office of the principal or the department coordinator immediately upon arrival at the substitute's assigned building. The following times shall be adhered to:

High School                 7:10 a.m. - 2:10 p.m.

Middle School            7:30 a.m. - 2:20 p.m.

Arcade Elementary      8:30 a.m. - 3:40 p.m.
